About Anchor Flow

Steady enough
to listen.

Anchor Flow was imagined as a practice where you can slow down, feel believed and understand the reasoning behind your care.

Meet Dr. Rupali Jain

Curious about the whole story.

Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine · Licensed Acupuncturist · Diplomate of Oriental Medicine

Dr. Rupali Jain, DACM, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M. (NCCAOM), is a nationally board-certified practitioner of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. Her work brings careful clinical listening together with the pattern-based framework of East Asian medicine.

Dr. Rupali’s path to this medicine began with a question: what changes when health care makes room for context? The answer became Anchor Flow—a place where pain is not separated from stress, a cycle is not separated from sleep, and a person is never reduced to a symptom.

Her style is warm, direct and collaborative. She explains what she notices, invites questions and checks consent throughout the visit. When another kind of evaluation or care is needed, she is equally committed to saying so.

Our commitments

What you can expect
from this space.

Context over assumptions

Your routines, resources, identities and lived experience affect health. We make room for that context without presuming we already know your story.

Consent as a process

You can ask what a technique is for, decline any part of a visit or change your mind. Care should feel understandable and collaborative.

Evidence-aware honesty

Traditional practice and modern research do not always speak the same language. We are clear about what is known, what is uncertain and when referral matters.

Access with dignity

We aim for transparent costs, fragrance-aware care, size-inclusive comfort, gender-affirming language and practical accommodations whenever possible.

Why “Anchor Flow”

Stability and movement belong together.

An anchor is not a demand to stay still. It creates enough steadiness to respond to changing water.

Healing can work the same way. Sometimes the next step is rest; sometimes it is movement, boundaries, follow-through or asking for more support. The practice name is a reminder that regulation and flexibility are partners—not opposites.

Our visual mark joins an anchor, a moving water line and the fine vertical gesture of a needle. It reflects care that is grounded without becoming rigid.
