The Anchor Flow approach

Individualized, whole-person care for pain, stress, sleep, digestion, cycles and life transitions.

Acupuncture is a central practice within East Asian medicine. Very fine, single-use sterile needles are placed at carefully selected points to support regulation, circulation and the body’s own adaptive processes.

Your care is shaped around the pattern behind what you are experiencing—not simply the loudest symptom. Dr. Rupali considers your health history, sleep, digestion, stress load, energy, menstrual cycle, movement and day-to-day demands before creating a treatment plan.

Good care starts with fit. A complimentary 10-minute call can help you decide whether this service—or another kind of support—is the right next step.
What to know

Clear expectations,
before you arrive.

People often explore it for

  • Musculoskeletal pain, tension and recovery
  • Stress, anxious feelings and difficulty unwinding
  • Sleep disruption, headaches and fatigue
  • Digestive discomfort and appetite changes
  • Menstrual, fertility and perimenopause support
  • General wellness and preventive care

What your visit may include

  • Your first visit begins with an unhurried conversation and health-history review.
  • Dr. Rupali explains the proposed point selection and obtains consent before treatment.
  • Needles generally rest for 20–30 minutes while you relax. Cupping, gua sha, moxibustion or gentle electrical stimulation may be discussed when appropriate.
  • You leave with a recommended rhythm of care and simple, realistic next steps.

Safety & screening

Acupuncture is generally considered safe when performed by a properly trained, licensed practitioner using sterile single-use needles. Tell us about pregnancy, bleeding disorders, implanted devices, medications, fainting history or new medical symptoms before treatment.

Self-pay + superbills

Anchor Flow is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. For eligible acupuncture visits, we provide an itemized superbill that you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement; payment is determined by your plan and is not guaranteed.
